Job Description
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.Strong understanding of hospitality trends and market dynamics, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and results-driven.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Familiar with hotel operations, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for clients.
• Experience in marketing and promoting hospitality services through various channels (e.g., online, events, partnerships).
• Have A Driving licence
