Account Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing new/existing client relationships.
• The day-to-day tasks of the role will include creating strategic account plans, monitoring on-going business project end-to-end, be the first layer of customer interface, and identifying new business or solution opportunities to grow the company’s revenue.
Requirements :
• Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Account Management at least 1 year within the same/similar industry.
• Ability to collaborate within the team and multitask effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business growth opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
