Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer – Denpasar

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Create an overarching strategy for social responsibility and sustainability in the company with an accompanying mission or vision and clear operating principles.
• Conduct an analysis of current policies, costs, and benefits associated with implementing sustainable practices in the company.
• Developing and implementing systems to measure the progress of sustainability initiatives.
• Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities.
• Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment through social and sustainability programs.
• Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs, encouraging participation in new initiatives, and monitoring program performance and outcomes.
• Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments.
• Encouraging links between the company and charitable groups and organizations.
• Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior management team members.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, Communications, Law, Public Relations, or Business Administration are preferred
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in CSR, community development, sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile and adaptive person.
• Excellent accountable and responsible attitude.
• A polite, active, and engaging personality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• An outgoing personality who loves engaging and networking with people in the industry.
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software.
