Restaurant Supervisor (Bandung)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Lead and guide staff to maintain efficient service and quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, expense control, and vendor relationships.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Aid in budget management and reporting.
• Prepare regular operational reports and address customer complaints.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Franchise Manager in audits and inspections.
Requirements :
• Minimum Minimum Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• 3+ years of experiences as restaurant supervisor
• Hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and basic financial principles.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Currently living in Bandung and the greater area is preferred.
