Waiter/Server (Surabaya)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements :

• Minimum Hospitality high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year as waiter/server is preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter/server preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and proficiency with cash registers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversational English skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work in flexible hours.
