Area Manager (Jawa Tengah)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage in total 10-12 outlets at the same time.
• Manage all Outlet’s F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Lead 10-12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Requirements :
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Teamwork Skill.
