Business Analyst – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform data adjustments and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Conduct vendor screening checks and analyze vendor rates.
• Perform risk assessments across business functions.
• Analyze UJUM (Uang Jalan Uang Makan) to optimize spending and logistics cost.
• Ensure database completeness and perform regular data checks across operations, sales, and finance.
• Monitor KPI performance for vendors and drivers.
• Prepare and deliver margin and utilization reports with actionable insights.
• Participate in bi-weekly syncs to align on data structure and system enhancements.
• Conduct monthly closing of data to support financial and operational reporting.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree from any major in a reputable university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language
• Proven track record of successfully implementing business process improvements and change management initiatives
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
