Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Create content and media strategies that are in line with trends, competitors, and audiences
• Plan new content every month
• Conduct data analysis to see the success of each promotion in the media
• Conduct research to understand what is popular so that appropriate content can be created

Requirements :

• Graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Additional degree in design, digital marketing, or business management is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in managing social media
• Have a deep understanding of social media algorithms and good and effective content strategies
• Creative, proactive and have a good understanding in following social media trends and knowledge
• Have the ability to write interesting content plans
• Able to use social media tools such as canva, capcut and other
• Can quickly understand the brand persona, character, and target of each client to align the quality and overall content strategy
• Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Have the ability to understand and translate information into content that can attract the attention of the audience
