Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Coordinate the migration of data and system settings across OTA (online travel agent) platforms.
• Ensure room availability, rates, and content are accurately mapped and synchronized.
• Manage and update extranet portals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, IT) to ensure a smooth transition.
• Perform data checking, testing, and troubleshooting during the migration process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of OTA credentials and system configurations.
Requirements :
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Hospitality, or related fields.
• 1+ year experience working with OTA (online travel agent) systems, channel managers or other digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management).
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
