Requirements :

• Female, Minimum 32 years old
• Minimum bachelor from Marketing, Communication, or Related Field
• Preferably with 5-years of experience in the manufacture industry
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and public speaking skills
• Required analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
• Proficient in operating Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Willing to be placed at Mojokerto, East Java
