Assistant Store Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Organize opening and closing store
• Ensure O+O experience in stores will be in place – be it tech equipment operation / capability / knowledge and suggestion
• Achieve Target sales, and to motivate all Stores to achieved this same goal
• Manages the product inventory, Ensure availability of merchandise
• Responsible for the receiving process (inbound)
• Guide and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance, measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set
• Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance to achieve targets on daily basis
• Continuously drive good customer service standards
• Responsible for store administration
• Support the team in basic troubleshooting of commonly encountered issues related O+O
Requirements :
• At least 1-2 years working experience as store supervisor/manager (in beauty retail industry will be an advantage)
• Having strong leadership skills and customer management
• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
• Multitasking and strong willing
• Available to be placed in Palu & Manado Sulawesi, Bontang Kalimantan, Batam, Palembang, Yogyakarta & Jakarta,
