Organization Development Senior Officer – Jakarta

Job Description

As an HR OD Senior Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and updating policies within the HRM Division and acting as a Job Analyst to review and document job descriptions for all positions. You will also maintain the core structure of our HRM system covering location, job, organization, and position data ensuring it aligns with BAF’s organizational design. In addition, you will manage HRM system data and support the performance appraisal cycle. Lastly, you will help drive a positive and impactful culture across the company through various employee relations activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Organizational Development or HR role
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with HR systems and performance management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for building a positive and high-performing workplace culture
