Product Development Manager (Beauty)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product development: concept, formulation, testing, launch.
• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
• Analyze trends and competitors to create innovative and marketable products.
• Manage timelines, costs, suppliers, and ensure BPOM/regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing for product training, key messages, and launch readiness.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, etc.).
• 5+ years experience in beauty product development (skincare/makeup/body care).
• Strong project management & communication skills.
• Good understanding of cosmetic formulation & market trends.
• Familiar with BPOM regulations; supplier & costing knowledge is a plus.
• Placement: Facetology Head Office, South Jakarta
