Social Media Lead
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
• Lead the social media team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content and effective campaign execution.
• Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, design, and product teams, to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media management, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in crafting and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
