Project Control Supervisor – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Integrate plan accuracy, including master plan, MOS plan, subcont resource plan, etc
• Ensure execution planning for project service at project level are approved by project team and client and running well during project execution
• Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the project
• Prepare independent evaluations of the project status based on interpretation of reports and own and team’s experience based judgement
• Long term inventory management, trace and push for long term inventory offset
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the project schedule
• Interface with the project team and task managers to define scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from the original plan
• Analyze project schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas. Preparation of indicative project schedule for proposals support to project
• Project daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting, recognize issues and discuss with PM and project team on matters affecting project execution
• Reporting both internally and to customer, report to PD to fulfill the internal KPI target

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Engineering / Accounting / Finance or other related major
• Minimum 4 years of working experiences as project control in Telecommunication company
• Have knowledge of project management
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Especially Ms. Excel)
• Project management knowledge, such as planning, executing, strictly follow orders, etc
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate with different level of counterparts
