Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Process customer transactions accurately and in line with SOP.
• Handle priority transactions and ensure excellent service.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Provide clear and accurate information, connecting customers to relevant parties as needed.
• Update customer data in the banking system.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Having minimum 2 years experience in same position, preferable in Banking Industry.
• Thorough, honest, and responsible at work.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and highly motivated.
• Able to work well in a team, under pressure and tight reporting deadline.
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Good computer literacy (minimum Ms. Office).
