IT Operation and Support Staff
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Monitor, maintain, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Conduct routine system checks, backups, and updates for system stability and security.
• Oversee network infrastructure performance to support banking operations.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies for data integrity in emergencies.
• Ensure IT operations comply with security policies and regulations.
• Provide technical support for IT issues such as server failures and network outages.
• Analyze IT capacity and plan for future growth with hardware and software upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support banking applications, database and digital services.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or other relevant subjects.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in same position.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and storage systems.
• Having solid knowledge of core banking system, transaction processing system, regulatory reporting, and other financial application.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
• Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data encryption.
• Proficiency with system monitoring tools, backup and recovery solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
