Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Implement and monitor strong internal controls and compliance protocols to safeguard company assets and support audit requirements.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial closing activities, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve finance processes, streamline workflows, and achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, preferably within the F&B or high-growth industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial control processes, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven experience in managing finance teams and handling complex financial transactions.
• 3 Days WFA.
