Branch Manager – Semarang

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage overall branch operations, including sales, distribution, warehouse, and operation
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, company SOP, and local government requirements.
• Monitor branch performance (sales, cost, profit, and operational efficiency) and prepare regular reports to head office.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to support branch business needs.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or branch management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, distribution flow, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
