Event Activation (FMCG)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Plan, organize, and execute engaging events and brand activations aligned with marketing strategies.
• Manage the event calendar and ensure timely execution of all brand events.
• Develop creative event concepts to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for production and logistics.
• Prepare event rundowns, MC scripts, and coordinate with guest speakers or brand ambassadors.
• • Monitor and manage event budgets efficiently.
Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to assess impact and ROI.
Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event activation, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing events from planning to execution.
• Willingness to travel for business trips and on-ground activation.
• Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A creative thinker with a proactive, dynamic, and optimistic attitude.
• Team player who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
