Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Providing leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Effectively communicating with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
• Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that support the restaurant’s growth and profitability

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and profit and loss analysis
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
