Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and drive repeat sales
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance and pipeline
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship- building skills
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management and client relationship management tools
