Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the competency matrix for all functions
• Analyze training and assessment results, methods, and tools
• Manage documentation and reporting related to training and assessments for audits and inspections
• Collect and analyze KPI data to identify trends, gaps, and training needs, and work with department heads to improve individual and team performance
• Maintain and update assessment tools, competency matrices, and documentation
• Assist in developing continuous improvement initiatives for training and competency systems

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in psychology, or human resource management
• Min. 1 year experience in people development or related field will be priority
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and systematic thinking
• Good understanding of competency frameworks and talent development strategies
• Proficiency in assessment tools, methodologies, and learning management systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel
• Proactive, detail oriented, and responsible
