IT Project Manager & Business Analyst (IT Infra and ROI)
Job Description
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience :
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects with high complexity.
• Experienced in business transformation, IT, or process optimization projects.
• Able to communicate actively in English.
• Have a good knowledge/experience in IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI (Mandatory)
• Must have all 4 background (IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI)
• For Finance and ROI, candidate must have exp/knowledge to calculate by themselves
Technical and Professional Skills :
• Must have experience or knowledge in project analysis related to ROI, IRR, business value, value creation, and comparison analysis.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Office, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills with both management and technical levels.
• Understanding of basic or high-level finance concepts is an advantage.
• Creative and skilled in creating presentation slides and delivering presentations effectively.
Preferred Certifications :
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Finance-related certification.
