D365 CRM Solutions Architect Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Translating business requirements and user stories into technical specifications.
• Designing the architecture of the CRM solution to meet specified requirements.
• Configuring the CRM system to align with user stories.
• Overseeing the development, integration, and customization of the CRM system.
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborating closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout implementation.
• Co-leading testing efforts to ensure the solution meets functional and performance requirements.
• Validating the system for UAT, cutover, and deployment readiness.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and training sessions (e.g., creating training guides).
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to system design, configurations, and processes.
• Ensuring all technical documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and complex system integrations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM features and functionality, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
• Experience developing custom solutions using languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems, such as ERP platforms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with both stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
