Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
• Receive, respond to, and follow up on emails in a timely and polite manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service operations
• Maintain proper records of calls, emails, and customer interactions
• Support daily front office and administrative activities as required

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Hospitality / Hotel Management background
Hold JLPT minimum N3
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service is preferred
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, and professional
• Willing to stay and work in Cikarang area
• Willing to work in shift schedule
• Placement: Cikarang
