Procurement Coordinator

Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Applied Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience in procurement activities for EPC projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge, expertise, and experience in material procurement, including procurement processes in accordance with Indonesian government regulations.
• Good understanding of taxation, insurance, and contract principles and law related to procurement activities.
• Ability to manage and coordinate the procurement function and control contractor activities related to material procurement.
• Experience in coordinating and managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors throughout the procurement process.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
