Construction Manager

Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Applied Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Engineering with at least 7 (seven) years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 10 (ten) years of experience, or Senior High School (SMA/SMK) with at least 15 (fifteen) years of experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager / Field Manager or equivalent position.
• Proven experience in large-scale construction projects within the oil and gas, power, or petrochemical industries.
• Experience as a construction leadership role on EPC projects with a minimum project value of IDR 25,000,000,000 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge, expertise, and experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in site construction execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage site construction activities effectively.
• Fully responsible for ensuring all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
