Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of payroll processing. BPJS, and Indonesian Labor Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in maintaining employee data administration
• Good communication skills, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to be placed at KITIC, Cikarang Pusat
