Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Performing general bookkeeping duties, like invoicing clients, recording cash receipts, reconciling accounts and updating accounting software logs
• Handling any special billing situations
• Maintaining accurate accounting ledgers that are in line with best practices
• Following up with past-due accounts for collections
• Receiving and handling invoicing and billing-related mail
• Generating financial reports and statements that detail the status of accounts receivable
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Account Receivable
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office
• Domicile : Semarang
• Placement : Kawasan Industri Candi – Semarang
