Area Manager – Kelapa Gading

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage Product Specialist team and Field Sales Supervisor to achieve sales target
• Manage day to day operation of AEC in the area
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across AEC in the area
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivate sales teams to deliver optimal performance
• Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to support sales growth
• Ensure excellent customer service and after sales support in the assigned area

Requirements :

• Have experience in sales minimum 7 years
• Lead sales team with mininum 3 years
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Ability to develop and execute effective area sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
