Jr. Business Analyst

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and key metric performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial data and ensure budget planning aligns with business goals
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling for strategic decision making
• Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Conduct preparation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and ongoing forecasts
• Identify and implement improvements in financial planning and analysis process to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial engineering or other related fields. A Master’s degree or relevant certificates will be a plus
• At least 1 year experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Planning, or Auditor
• Have a strong skills and experience in financial analysis, financial statements, business analysis, or related roles
• Proven in financial modelling and advance knowledge in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, data analytics tools,
• Business Intelligence (BI), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong communication skills both English and Indonesian (verbal and written)
