Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide explanations on how to use ALVA Motors, including dos and don’ts, and demonstrate the ALVA app
• Ensure timely delivery, inspect the motorcycle condition (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and handle the necessary documentation from the warehouse to the customer
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot any issues encountered during the delivery of ALVA motors

Requirements :

• Education min Bachelor Degree
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Familiarity with twowheeled vehicles, including their names and functions
• Strong communication and grooming skills, with a proactive and problem solving attitude
• Have SIM A (able to drive a car)
• A fast-paced game changer with rockin ‘attitude
• A solid self-starter and agile team player
