Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance on customer motorcycles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with customer bikes
• Replace parts and provide job time estimates.
• Conduct analysis using diagnostic tools to identify problems

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a technician in ICE motorcycle after-sales service
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical components
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Well versed in service and maintenance workflows, as well as spare parts sales processes
• Good understanding of warranty procedures and claim handling
