Jr. Transmission Engineer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and analysis of transmission components such as gears, bearings, clutches
• Analyze transmission performance (efficiency, reliability, speed)
• Conduct testing and validation of transmission systems Operate measurement and diagnostic tools (stethoscope, dynamometer)
• Perform data analysis and generate test reports

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Physics, or other relevant majors
• Understanding of vehicle transmission system (manual, automatic, CVT)
• Familiar with transmission simulations (ATP, AVL, MATLAB)
• Proficiency in design software such as CATIA and SolidWorks will be a plus
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing process
• Experience with manufacturing technologies (3D Printing, CNC machining)
• A fast-paced game changer with a rockin’ attitude
• A solid self-starter and agile team player
