Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Support and enhance employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, milestones, recognition, offboarding)
• Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and engagement platforms
• Partner with HR and business teams to improve culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives
• Assist in designing communications and campaigns to support key People Experience programs
• Monitor and improve moments-that-matter (e.g., first day, promotions, internal mobility, return from leave)
• Leverage data and people analytics to report on experience-related KPIs (e.g., eNPS, retention, onboarding feedback)
• Help ensure programs are inclusive and reflect DEI principles
• Continuously document, track, and improve the employee journey map
• Act as a liaison between employees and People teams to ensure feedback loops are active and visible

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or related function
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives
• 3+ years of HR or People Experience experience
• Proven experience driving employee-facing programs or initiatives
• Experience handling cross-functional projects and stakeholder collaboration
• Understanding of employee lifecycle stages and key moments that matter
• Empathy-driven mindset with a focus on inclusion and employee well-being
• Experience working with or managing engagement or pulse surveys
• Ability to craft employee communications and experience campaigns
• Skilled in relationship-building and cross-functional teamwork
• Analytical skills to interpret survey data and feedback trends
