Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives at various field locations
• Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
• Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
• Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions
• Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for various People functions
• Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance workplace experience
Requirements :
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or organizational development.
• Experience: 2-4 years in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role, preferably with experience in managing field-based
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at various levels and locations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships, empathize with employees, and manage conflict or issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and coordination skills to manage engagement activities across multiple field locations.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and address challenges related to employee engagement and retention.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze employee feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various field locations as part of the job.
