Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement and culture-related activities.
• Support administrative tasks related to HR programs and processes.
• Help manage employee requests and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain and organize HR-related data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements :
• Previous internship experience in a tech company, preferably in HR, Business Strategy, or Organizational Strategy.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience in creating engaging decks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other collaboration tools).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
