Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• This position is responsible to ensure that all kitchen mise-en-place is prepared according to production plan and to ensure highest standard of hygiene is always adhered to throughout food preparation.
Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma Degree in an accredited college or university majoring in Hotel Management & Culinary.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the related role.
• Having knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
• Active collaborator within the team
• Having experience in Indian and Banquet Section.
• Passionate about food and committed to delivering an amazing guest experience.
