Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• This position will oversee the smooth running in Human Resources strategic function for achievement of the property’s objective on Financial, Internal Process, Customer Satisfaction, Learning & Growth Objectives. Will act as the Property’s Human Resources Business Partner to ensure the alignment of HR Strategy with the business strategy and providing an exceptional HR services to All team members.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same role.
• Well versed in knowledge and implementation of Indonesia labor law within hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communications skills both verbal & written, with ability to articulate strategic plan / direction.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
