Outlet Manager – Aryaduta Manado

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• The position is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Outlet Restaurant, strategic function for the achievement of the property’s objective on financial, internal process, coordinate with restaurant kitchen team leader to achieving the highest guest experienced both service and product, able to manage the team member and F&B Service administration

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in an accredited college or university majoring in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same role
• Strong working knowledge in planning, organizing, and execution of restaurant budget, manning, production, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• High working knowledge in leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communications skills both verbal & written
• The position will be assigned at Aryaduta Manado
