Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• The position responsible for ensuring the hotel achieves its budgeted event forecast, occupancy and revenue through the driving catering sales, events and executes a strategic plan in the assigned market and achieves maximum profitability and revenue growth in line with the company’s business objectives, especially in the Wedding and Social Events Segment.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or other related major.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same role.
• Highly skilled in leads management, negotiation, producing event orders, and coordinating with the operational department.
• Outgoing, sincere and pleasant personality.
• Exceptional communications skills both verbal & written.
• The position will be assigned at our new property Park Serpong Beach Club
