• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) in Technical Engineering, Management, Accounting, Law, Public Health, Economic, Communication, Psychology and other related major in Oil & Gas Service Company
• Fresh Graduates (less than 1 year experience)
• Early-Career Professionals (max 3 years relevant experience)
• Strong Technical Aptitude & Engineering Fundamentals
• Language Proficiency: Excellent Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Communication, Problem-Solving, Teamwork, Adaptability, Initiative
• Demonstrated Leadership Potential
• Good Health & Commitment to the 1-year program
