Job Description
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and operations management in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven ability to increase profitability through effective management of resources, cost reduction initiatives, and enhanced guest services.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and local laws related to hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Property Management Systems, POS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales and marketing skills to promote the hotel, increase occupancy rates, and build strong local partnerships.
