Job Description
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Proficient in creating and editing marketing content (press releases, articles, social media posts, etc.).
• Familiar with design tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of brand management, media relations, and crisis communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a marketing team, manage cross-functional collaborations, and handle external stakeholders.
