Job Description
Requirements :
• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Management)
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development or loyalty program management
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Target-oriented, detail-minded, and result-driven
• Creative, proactive, and up to date with industry trends (F&B, retail, digital)
• Understands CRM concepts, customer journey, and customer data analysis
• Capable of managing loyalty-based marketing campaigns such as point rewards, vouchers, and referral programs
