General Supervisor

Job Description

A Padel Court in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the front office operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day activities
• Lead by example to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Develop and expand the club’s offerings, including pilates, co-working spaces and other services
• Identify and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and attract new clientele
• Manage the operations and maintenance of the sports venue as well as ensure optimal functionality and cleanliness
• Ensure all sports facilities meet industry standards and member expectations
• Collaborate with potential sponsors to secure partnerships and funding
• Organize and manage events including networking opportunities, tournaments, and promotional activities
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term collaborations
• Detect and capitalize on potential business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
• Work with the leadership team to develop strategies for club expansion
• Monitor revenue streams and basic financial metrics to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the finance team to align operational goals with the club’s financial objectives

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a General Supervisor or in a related position
• Proven leadership experience in a sports environment with a focus on managing people and operations
• Strong understanding of sports, particularly in Padel
• Experience in sponsorship acquisition and event organization would be a plus
• Excellent initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, sponsors, and clients
• Basic financial acumen to understand and interpret revenue and operational budgets
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and grow the club
