Property Sales Manager
Job Description
A Real Estate Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Property Sales Manager (Full-time, Hybrid)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, developers and individual agents
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue and growth objectives
• Identify and target key markets and customer segments to maximize property sales
• Monitor and analyze market trends in Bali and Lombok to identify new opportunities and challenges
• Network within the industry to increase brand visibility and awareness
• Attend events and build connections to expand the company’s reach
• Collaborate with clients and agents to close deals effectively and efficiently
• Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company
• Oversee villa and property listings as well as ensuring they are well-presented and marketed effectively
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Property Sales Manager or in a related position
• Proven experience in real estate sales particularly in Bali
• Knowledge and experience in Lombok’s real estate market would be a plus
• Strong background in sales with a track record of achieving targets
• Exceptional negotiation abilities to facilitate successful deal closures
