Job Description

A Coffee Shop Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Development Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and evaluate operational systems to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations
• Conduct regular reviews of outlet processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality
• Provide guidance and support to outlet leadership as well as enabling them to independently manage and optimize their outlets
• Assist in recruiting key personnel for outlet leadership roles to ensure a strong team foundation
• Create and assess performance evaluation systems to monitor and improve outlet performance
• Identify and implement strategies to drive growth and development across all outlets
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective in-store campaigns and activations
• Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless operations
• Develop additional revenue streams such as deliveries, events and functions to maximize outlet profitability
• Design and oversee the implementation of training modules to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Develop and refine supply chain management processes to ensure consistent and timely delivery of supplies to outlets

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Retail Development Manager or in a related position
• Experience in recruiting and developing training programs would be a plus
• Strong understanding of operational systems, supply chain management, performance management and team development
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Strategic thinker with a passion for retail development and innovation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empower outlet leaders to achieve operational excellence
