Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

A Creative Agency in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design a diverse range of creative assets across various platforms including emails (EDMs), social media, print, video and web.
• Collaborate daily with team members and clients to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Coordinate projects, manage tasks and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain and update project management software and production workflow sheets.
• Contribute ideas to enhance client businesses and pitch creative solutions. Assist in managing and mentoring team members to achieve high-quality results.
• Oversee the workflow and ensure client deadlines are met effectively.
• Answer client calls and attend meetings as required.
• Work directly with the Managing Director and other team members to execute creative visions.

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a related position
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on video editing
• Proficient in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, FloDesk and Klaviyo
• Experienced in creating assets for print, social media and website design
• Proven ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks and meet client deadlines
• High knowledge of multi-marketing platforms and creative trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with confidence in client interactions via email, phone and in-person
• Self-motivated, independent and a problem solver with exceptional attention to details
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills as required
